On the other hand, renowned international business schools look for opportunities to immerse their students, especially MBA students in fast growing economic environments such as Vietnam.

Over 80 Executive MBA students from Cass Business School - UK arrived to Vietnam in last July to get acquainted with a booming Asian country and to apply their knowledge and business experience by helping local businesses in their growth.

A team of four students worked at Hung Khang Corp. (Thanh Phuoc commune, Tan Uyen district). After auditing the Hung Khang’s market and its operation and extensively interviewing Hung Khang managers and staff, the team made business strategy and operations suggestions to Hung Khang. Beside the excitement of helping a Vietnamese business, these students-managers who have in average ten years of international business experience also learned about Hung Khang’s steel structure building industry and more broadly the business and work environment in Vietnam, from production process to social security benefit for workers...
