One of the key objectives in Hung Khang’s HR strategy is the development of communication between departments and teamwork. Among activities designed to help achieve this objective, Hung Khang organizes social gatherings such as the outing to Phuong Nam resort in September 2010.
Hung Khang staff made a trip to Phuong Nam resort. With the open ans cool space in the resort, the group step into another world, far from the hectic of the big city and into the green and freshness of nature. In this relaxed atmosphere, the group engaged in team building activities with games and challenges organized by the consulting firm Power Up. “Yes, we can!” was the motto of the games.
By combining fun and challenge, Hung Khang made successfully connection between employees to create more solidarity and team unity that will help them overcome difficulties together for the games and also for professional challenges once back to work.
The games are designed to help our employees feel more engaged and united, "this is a great trip and most significant," according to Mr. Canh, vice-president of technology. “After this trip, I see the results of the work better and employees work together more effectively ... I will organize more meaningful trips like this one in the future," Mr. Cuong, vice-president the company said.
We saw the core values of People, Respect, Cooperation, Innovation and Integrity from the staff on this trip. Personally, I also agree that this is the most wonderful trip of the company.
