With a goal to provide the best service, Hung Khang’s Customer Care Team is instructed to meet every request from our customer. To resolve problems quickly and ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction.
Our Customer Care process is divided into 3 phases: - Phase 1: Designing the best building with the most cost-saving construction while utilizing the best supplies and materials. - Phase 2: During the construction process the teams move quickly to resolve any real or potential problem that may rise due to unexpected events. Plus, provide a weekly report on the progress and projected completion of the project.
- Phase 3: After the project is completed the Customer Care Team stands ready to serve the customer during the Hung Khang Warranty period. This team will respond within 24 hours of receiving a warranty claim.
After the Warranty period expires our Teams will be available to provide additional care for a fee. |
